If you are travelling by coach one of our guides can join you and give you a tour of London showing you both the classic sights and monuments and places connected with our writers, actors and musicians.

If you prefer a more specific themed walk you could choose from the following:

• Covent Garden - heart of the West End, seeing some of the most historic theatres with stories about their owners, impresarios, actors or even ghosts;
• Southwark - home of London's first theatres in the sixteenth century - the Hope, Swan and Rose and Shakespeare's Globe, whose recent reconstruction is a great new focus of attention;
• Classical Music - following in the footsteps of composers such as Handel, Purcell, Mozart, Mendelssohn, and possibly seeing some of their manuscripts in the British Library;
• Sixties Rock & Pop - a walk through Soho seeing the venues played by the Beatles and the Rolling Stones and other contemporaries.

Globe Theatre

For a more in-depth visit we could arrange backstage tours to our oldest theatre at Drury Lane or our most modern, the Royal National; a visit to the Theatre Museum with a make-up demonstration or our top music and opera venues, the Royal Albert Hall, Covent Garden Opera House and the Coliseum.

Our guides cover more than 40 languages and are trained, examined and registered by the Institute of Tourist Guiding. Some are also actors or musicians. We will be happy to arrange a tailor-made tour for your group. We can provide guides who work in their own 'Hire & Reward' insured cars or we can arrange transport for larger numbers in minibuses or full-sized executive coaches.
